The need for a quality installation service that consistently delivers high standards of workmanship and respects and preserves the integrity of its’ clients is long overdue.
We have worked tirelessly over the last few years to develop training programs, installation techniques and reporting, monitoring and accountability procedures to better refine the entire installation process, to a point where we are confidently offering this service to an ever increasing number of customers throughout the play industry.
All of these programs, techniques and procedures now form the basis of our fully developed installation manual. This manual covers every aspect and procedure of the build process and any installation undertaken is carried out in full accordance with this manual.
It is important to us, as we are sure it is to you, that your designs are translated and installed exactly as you specify.
Before we commence an installation for a new client, we clarify what techniques, methods and finishing touches are required.
Once fully understood, we will then produce additional sets of method statements unique to any new techniques, that are appended to our own installation manual, that can be used as training aides or installation guides for our on-site technicians.
We continually endeavour to improve working methods and develop innovative installation techniques, to help bring better solutions to some of the problems or inefficiencies faced on a build.
One such innovation is our unique joint covering system which was developed and is manufactured in-house. These specially designed vinyl covers are used to completely conceal joints in the steel framework, the main benefit being that all potential gaps in the pole wrap or steel padding are totally eliminated. It is also a more aesthetically pleasing solution and even after heavy use, the steel joints remain concealed.
